Tripsdrill

The next place on our list of excursions was a great family friendly place called Tripsdrill. We went with some friends I made at work, who have 2 small children.

This is actually 2 things in one, the first area is an amusement park with rides and ....

We didn't go to this side. The other side is a great little animal park. They have a big open area with deer roaming around free, where you can walk through, touch the deer if you can get close enough and feed them with pellets bought from the kiosk. Around the back are enclosures with some of the more exotic and wild animals, wolves, bears, bison and a whole bunch of birds of prey.

They also have a petting zoo with goats and sheep etc.

Although Levi was perhaps a little young for this it was a great outing. The weather was perfect although it was a little later in the year, we got away with t-shirts and jeans.
